No. There are no limits to what you can have on your signs but we recommend that you keep your sign 'short and sweet' in order to be more memorable and have the best impact. We can add logos, images and text of all sizes, fonts and colours.

Yes. Please let us no the details of what you require when placing your order. We have access to multiple enamel colours which can be mixed to create your custom centre. We can also provide acrylic centres, created using a digital print system. There are also a number of template centres that we can order for you if you require a generic design. All prices vary based on the order amount and number of colours used in the design.

Yes. Set up fees are outlined here.(undefined) Set up fees are one off costs per design. If your order exceeds £250 we will not charge you for this.

Yes. Once your details have been agreed and your order is placed we will get to work on your design. you will receive a proof detailing the size of the design as well as a visual representation of what the design might look like on your chosen media.

Yes. We use heat transfer to print your personal images onto garments, perfect for birthdays, stag and hen do's.

Yes. We can produce standard ribbons that are plain coloured, or we can provide bespoke ribbons with specific dyes, logos and sponser details. The price depends on complexity of the design and order quantity.

Currently we do not customize clothing you have already purchased. Please be sure to check out our catalogues for similar items in the future.

Yes. We provide all proper regulated signage for Health and Safety purposes. This can be in the form of boards, banners, self adhesive stickers, glow in the dark or rigid plastic. This includes but is not limited to: No smoking Fire safety and evacuation Trespassing Site Safety Emergency First aid CCTV and surveillance Parking and traffic control Hygeine and PPE All hazard signage All mandatory signage All prohibition signage All warning signage

Our standard turn around time is 7 to 10 working days. This allows us time to order in your garments or media upon payment, finalise designs via approval of proof and complete manufacturing. These turn around times are a guideline and rely on the customers cooperation with us. This is put in place to ensure we minimize the possibility of ordering incorrect items or putting the wrong design on them.

We accept all major debit/credit cards. Payment can be made over the phone. We will email you a receipt in the for of an invoice.

We have a wide arrange of thread colours available but please note we may not be able to match your colour exactly. We use the pantone chart to assess the CMYK/RGB code for your designs colours and match as close as we can with our pre manufactured threads. Yes we have an experienced sign fitting team that have over 30 years experience and offer fast turnaround work around business hours to minimize disruption to your business.

We have two colour lists for printing: 1. Screenprinting. We can in theory create any colour from the pantone chart but this process can take time and cost a lot more. Therefore we have a standard list (undefined)for popular colours that might be suitable. 2. Transfers. This is much more limited with colour options but is preferred by many industries as an economical way to replace uniform. The full list of flex available can be found here.(undefined)

We do not currently offer this service but we are working towards providing this soon.

We currently have 2 delivery options. 1. Our standard 3-5 day delivery service costs £6.50 2. Our next working day delivery costs £8.00 All orders in excess of £150 get free delivery included.

Yes. We draw on our experience to advise you if you have any queries on how best to layout your lettering and which fonts to use.

Yes. We provide magnetic signs that can be applied to all metal surfaces including vehicles such as cars or vans.

Yes. The following characters cannot be engraved @ * _ [ ] { }

Our signs are created to be as durable as possible. We use top quality materials to create a rigid platform for your sign and UV based ink to ensure that natural fade is prevented as long as possible.

Yes. We are VAT registered meaning you can claim back for your uniform and advertising costs. Our VAT number can be found at the bottom of our invoices.

We can show you samples of previous completed work and you will always receive a proof of your order with dimensions and a visual representation to be signed before we proceed. But unfortuantely due to minimum order requirements we are unable to provide singular samples.

No. There is no minimum order on clothing.

We can provide paid for samples which are refundable if returned in appropriate packaging. These samples can also be used to fulfill an order you wish to place.

Yes. All sizing guides can be located in our catalogues.

Yes. We keep your order details and artwork on file so that if you require a repeat order we can fulfill it quickly.
